Impact Recovery Room is the perfect place to get rid of that soreness following an intense/stressful workout or athletic performance; as well as recover after a minor injury or set back.

What's Included in a Recovery Room Session?

Our Recovery Room offers cutting edge technology including NormaTec Compression boots and top of the line modalities to help flush built up toxins from your muscles to keep you training and performing at an optimal level. We also offer athlete services including specialized soft tissue techniques including Astym/IASTM, Myofascial Cupping/Decompression, Hypervolt Massage, Estim with hot or cold packs, several taping techniques including Kinesiotaping using RockTape and FREE injury assessments for any injury or pain concern you have.

What does a session look like?

That depends on the unique needs of the person being treated. Whether you have a sore hamstring that simply needs worked on a little, want to recover quicker after “leg day” at the gym or want to continue to keep you body operating and functioning at an optimal level with regular maintenance…it really is up to you what you want us to focus on that day.

How long are the sessions?

Recovery Room sessions can be scheduled for either 20 or 40 minute sessions. This time will be hands on, one-on-one with one of our therapists to address your needs that day. You may also perform Norma Tec Compression therapy or Estim with hot or cold packs as an add on or separately from the one-on-one sessions via ala carte.

Note: Recovery Room Sessions do not replace formal Physical Therapy nor are they a substitute for Top-Up sessions. They are intended for minor aches and pains and are more maintenance and preventative in nature to help in the body’s recovery process. They are intended for those who take their health seriously and want their body to stay feeling great so they can stay in the gym or on their field of play.
